Hi there, The from address can be problematic. I take it the from address in your account properties is the domain one? If you log into myoffice.bt.com and go to manage services then manage mailboxes, select the mailbox you are sending from and click ‘manage from address’. Change it to the one you want to send with, if it is the one you want to send with then it is a config problem on the BT mail server. As for email dissappearing and not arriving to hotmail, I have no idea. Unless a message is sent back explaining the problem there really is no way to tell whats happening
