Home Owners: Would to support a Bill that would allow you to sell your house?

There is a new bipartisan proposal brought forward by Sens. Charles Schumer (D., N.Y.) and Mike Lee (R., Utah) to allow homeowners to sell the house, only catch is that your home would be sold to foreigners looking to retire here in the United States, in exchange for a visa.

Mind you, there is already a similar thing in place for foreigners who invest $ 500,000 or more in the US to get green cards. Personally, as a homeowner and has lost value in my investment, might be something I would consider….Maybe this is one way we can jump start the market.

Your thoughts on the issue would be appreciated.
