AMEX customer service for different card products
Hello, I am wondering if AMEX customer service is better for charge cards with an annual fee, e.g. Gold, Green, Zync, than those without the annual fee, e.g. Blue, Costco TrueEarnings? (especially when it comes to disputing fraud charges, or other time-consuming troubles.) I have this question becuase I noticed that different CS phone numbers are printed on different cards

Victim of CC fraud tonight
Someone stole my BofA CC number and attempted to charge a combined $330 between two transactions at two different CVS stores on Staten Island. BofA sent me an e-mail asking for my card number this evening. Thinking it was a phishing e-mail, I logged in via a new browser and saw the same message

Terrible Service…..No suprise
2 New broadband installed on 2 separate lines in the same business address. One has worked fine and one does not. Contacted BT and was advised a fault and would be fixed, this was "fixed" but still the line would not sync

Flacky/ not stable internet connection in our office BT businness option3 line.
We just moved to BT Business Broadband Option3 last August 2nd from the defunct LIXXUS. We are now experiencing slow internet connections in a regular basis in different time of the day. We are only 9am-6pm.

You're not the only one, and I suspect there are many more. A client of mine is getting the POP3 password prompt all the time on a secondary email account, yet they can send emails Ok.
