First of all I would start by resetting the router or trying a different one.   Failing that I would try testing some other ports, remote desktop would be easy to test

Re: system password

one has the first time login password and the bt connect email password, the other has the user name and bt connect email address. the WEP (and WPA) came with the router the hub number is on the back of the router both the passwords were the same!!! I think that is the full set of passwords and logins required.

2700HGV and Content Screening

Hi,   We've used out BT 2700HGV for about 2 years and had no issues. The firmware issue is 6.1.1.48.1-enh.tm   I've just been requested by management to investigate Content Screening for the PCs connected to our network.    I've set up a test Pc and set it as "Level 1" (aka "Kids") but I can still access absolutely everything on the 'net from it

Hi there,   To do what your asking: go to the router gui via 192.168.1.254, click on settings > lan and private network, you can disable DHCP in here by unticking the box.  Click address allocation from the menu at the top now and locate your firewall, if you choose 'disable' from the firewall drop down this will allow all traffic to your watchguard.    Thanks
