:manmad:   I am a new BT Business customer, who has just set up my own business and I can’t get things started, due to email problems!   I have contacted BT several times regarding this, the first time, via web chat, they said that the account had been registered incorrectly on the system and sometimes this would happen, so they fixed it and said everything would be fine, it wasn’t, so the second time, via webchat, they told me they have no idea, as everything is set up correctly, well that was very helpful! Feeling very annoyed by this I am trying my luck here!   So if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!   I have 3 different email accounts set up with aliases, all 3 accounts are set up correctly according to BT who have checked my account/alias set up/forwarding etc, but all 3 accounts have several problems with sending and receiving mail.
