Since now days banks have made getting loans overly tough and they require you to have pay stubs. But an most average agents don’t get pay stubs since they just make strict commission. So how do they buy homes if they only have 20% down & banks require pay stubs?

I’m a college student who got a credit card a little less than a year ago. I spend a lot (around $ 700 a month) and always pay back the total in full before the due date. My bank has increased my credit line three times since because of my good credit. So are there [...]

I will be graduating college and wont have a significant down payment for our next home. Are there any loans that I would qualify for? Thanks!!

I have 1 delinquency, a 30, 60, 90 late payment. I am working full-time and have been paying back my loans on time for the past 6 months. How long, if I keep paying back my monthly payments (plus more) on time, will it take for my score to increase?

Somebody told me that the abscence of installement-paid loan will prevent my score from climbing much higher. Is it true? Should I take some consumer loan to progress my credit score [...]

I cant seem to find anything but the countrywide site and I want to hear what real customers have to say about their experience with the company. The only reviews I can find are on the loans, not the insurance. Thanks in advance. mbrcatz: [...]

I know I’ve read where renting an apartment, getting a car loan, etc can help improve your credit if you pay on time. My question is, I know that loans and credit cards are reported on a credit report, but is your rent amount and if you have consistently made your rent payments show on [...]
