How to move IBP from one account to another?
Due the broadband telephone line being terminated unexpectedly it was necessary to set up a new broadband account using the same telephone number as it was apparently not possible to reactivate the broadband account once it had been terminated. However when logged in as the primary user for this new account it is not possible to manage the services for the Internet Business Pack purchased on the previous account.

BT2700HGV making Server available to internet
HI there I have a BT2700HGV router with the following settings DHCP turned off Router IP 192.168.1.254 Wireless: WPA2 Broadband IP network: Obtain IP address automatically DNS: Obtain automatically I have a block of 5 IP addresses I have 5 client PCs on the network and 1 Small Business Server 2008 server The Small Business Server is doing the following: DHCP DNS SharePoint Active Directory Exchange 2007 Now all the clients can get out onto the internet but I am having trouble assigning one of my Static IPs to the Server. When I log into the router and go to Settings > Lan > NAT & Address Allocation I can see the Server entry but when I try to change the Wan IP mapping to one of my public IPs I get the following error Errors: For the public routed subinterface only wan IP mapping is allowed When I look further down the list of devices I can see a internal device has a static IP assigned and it accessible from outside the network via port 81 Why cant I assign a static Ip to the Server? Thanks

Good speed, random pages fail to load
Hi, i was wondering if anyone can help as to what is going wrong with my internet. It drops out frequently, at least 40 times a day. This can be at any time, from 7am through to 11pm.

Fair Use Cap been increased to 300gb?
I have read that the fair use cap enforced by BT has now been increased to 300gb. http://community.bt.com/t5/BB-in-Home/WHERE-IS-OUR-USAGE-MONITOR-BT/td-p/35371/page/9 During July - due to me exceeding 100gb - I was placed on a 'connection managed system' which severely restricted my internet use during the evenings. This was due to expire in 1 month providing that I stayed under the 90gb mark this month

To whom/where can I send my Goodwill Letter ?
Hello, This afternoon, I spent a considerable amount of time writing a goodwill letter to Chase Bank in hopes that they will remove late payments on my now closed Chase credit card from 2008 and 2009. I have been reading the FICO boards and have seen that the people who have experienced the most success have addressed and mailed their goodwill letters higher up the food chain. I am writing because I have researched on the internet for quite some time and have not found any other reliable address for Chase or its CEO/CFO other than the address that appears on my credit report.

bt firmware.
my bt business hub 2700hgv firmware version is v6.1.1.22. i done some research on the internet and found that v6.1.1.48 is the latest version how do i upgrade to that version ? because this firmware not letting me change devices name and portforward properly.

BT Business Router
hi i need help when i had the bt business hub 2700hgv for a month it was working fine for 1 month after that i had problem with the internet some webpages wouldn't load properly. so i done some reseach and came across something to change mtu on the router when i tryed changing this to 1472 it keeps saying incorrect password when its correct even though i tryed changing it.i though it was router faulty got it replaced still have the same problem

You can try and call AT&T customer service for the unlock code, however, since the phone is no longer on your account, they may not give you the unlock code.
