Hi, I have recently found all computers on my network getting page cannot be displayed messages for about 5 mins at a time, randomly throughout the day , This occurs on both IE8 and Firefox. The odd thing is while this is happening the internet is up, the radio still streams, all voip phones work and anything else like ftp uploads / downloads still work. So far i have tryed the following

I’ve created a website for use with my Internet Business Pack hosting package and domain name, but I’ve never really used my free web space at http://home.btconnect.com/mydomain other than to create an online photo album.

I have BT business line with a single fixed Ip address which I use for a fixed VPN with another site. We keep losing the VPN, apparently because the line has changed its Ip address? The fixed Ip is in the 81.138 range.
Hi I am trying to setup a map drive to our server located somewhere else but has a fixed ip address and has our ip address setup to have access, we have been able to setup a the drive on 2 different ISP’s but I cannot seem to do it through BT business broadband. I am running vista on the machines, and they are connected to the internet on the BT business hub, and I have have tried changing the setting in the router to DMZ mode as suggested by someone on the BT phone support who I have to said have been less than helpful. If anyone can give me any advice or information it would be appriciated
I am guessing that you are using Internet Explorer 8. If so, click ‘No’ to the security prompt box asking ‘do you only want to display secure items?’

I also have this problem, and while I do find several postings on the Internet that reflect a general issue, it’s not so big to have made much of an impact on Technet. While using my Vodafone 3G phone as a modem I am unable to send email from my BT email accounts, only from Hotmail. SMTP authentication for sending does not work. BT the problem has hot to be your end.

I have been in Turkey since 27 Dec 09 using my daughter’s local wireless router to connect to the internet. I can receive email in to Outlook, just as I do when in my own office. I can access the internet and use webmail.
