Preggo- what happened- were you in the house before you had the baby?
Yeah- we are renting, too- and my husbands friends are going to help, too… It kind of sucks, but yet it is exciting… I hate having to rush!
Actually I still have to do the majority of the packing and cleaning. My husband still has to work.

I imagine Landlord Insurance is more expensive than a flat homeowner policy. It’s a second home, only 40K left on mortgage, worth about 1M, but nothing really valuable inside. Many of tenants are friends. Just wonder if it’s worth getting the landlord policy?

I am going to be videotaping some friends’ home contents for insurance purposes and want to be sure I do it correctly. Is there a website that would tell me what I should or should NOT do legally? Or any suggestions if you’ve done this before?
