I need Texas Windstorm insurance and I don’t have WPI-8 Certification.?

I am looking to buy a metal building whereas the seller never had the roof approved for windstorm. I heard from an Texas Windstorm engineer that I can still get windstorm insurance. Any Ideas?
It was built in 2003 and located a couple miles from the Texas coastline…Corpus Christi area.
