Should I get Discover More? I am really hesitated.

Citi Recon Question
I just got off the phone with Citi for a recon, and it was definitely a challenge. I actually was hung up on by a CSR because I was taking too long to find my credit report reference number. Called back and spoke with a much nicer CSR, and requested a supervisor.

What to do with Orchard card?
I have a secured Orchard Bank card from HSBC with a $300 limit. It was opened in 7/2009 so just turned a year old. I got a preapproval for Discover More and decided to app for it, and was approved with a credit limit of $2k. My question is: what should I do with my Orchard card? I never use it...

Building my wife’s credit Part II – Declined Citi
I applied for a Discover card for my wife and they granted her a rewards card with a 4,500 limit. She has a decent FICO score of 683 so I decided to push it a little and apply her for a Citi forward visa. She got declined so I'm not sure where to go from here. They sent her a decline letter that stated she could obtain her credit report in the next 60 days but they were not clear from who.
