Support is a joke!
One of my email accounts has stopped working and am now getting SMTP 550 errors when trying to send emails to it. I've had my business broadband service for a few years now and everything has been working fine until today. Not having had to use the BT support before I thought I would try the live chat.

Broadband speed & engineer visits
I am writing this hoping someone else has suffered too & can help reduce my frustration levels! My business broadband speed has dropped from 2mb to 0.5mb which is driving me potty. To make things worse we get line engineers to check the broadband & broadband engineers to check the line with no real results.

Business Hub keeps reverting back to factory settings without prompting?
Hello everyone My friend has had a Business Hub for the past several months and I changed the encryption from WEP to WPA with a new passphrase as the latter is more secure, and he uses his wireless connection for internet banking and other sensitive transactions.

Terrible Service…..No suprise
2 New broadband installed on 2 separate lines in the same business address. One has worked fine and one does not. Contacted BT and was advised a fault and would be fixed, this was "fixed" but still the line would not sync
