I was discharged in bankruptcy 3 years ago and would like to start improving my credit score with a secured credit card. My bank does not offer this service. I am looking for somthing with no annual fee. any suggestions?

I filed for bankruptcy in 2007, my current credit score is 640. How can I raise my credit score before purchasing a home?

State Farm has gone crazy on their rates. Been with them for 8 years and never filed a claim.
