Help! How do I align text within a text box?
Hi Never set a website up before and would like to know how to align text within a text box. For example Option 1 kdfdsfsdfdsfsjflksjdflk £5.00 Option 2 slkdjflkdsjfsdfdsfsdfsf £6.00 I can't seem to tab within a text box and if I try to just use the space bar, the columns are slightly misaligned

Hi Alastair, First four action items you suggest were completed on day one of my outage (i.e. six days ago). The BT router is sitting next to the BT phone plug via a brand new adsl cable and brand new filter. A spare laptop is connected directly into the Router and monitoring the router IP address - this via a brand new Ethernet cable

How to fix a problem – BT Style
Broadband down - 7 days and counting... Having heard nothing from BT in the previous 24 hours I decided to check the status of my fault. The problem description has been changed and the problem has been closed as resolved. Meanwhile nothing has changed at my end.

Still no Broadband No call back as promised No sign of the agreed action plan being followed No sign of an engineer appointment No sign of any problem resolution whatsoever Well - it was an honest mistake on my part - it sounded like BT were getting their act together

Broadband Service still down - 5 days and counting... You may have noticed I preface all my posts with the downtime I continue to suffer. Now that I've passed the 100 hour landmark without any service I'll be using days as the measurement unit.
