I have a kay’s jewelery card that had a $102 balance, I PIF last month and they just updated my CR’s, but they are still showing a balance of $102 when it should be showing a $0 balance for this card. Can I contact Kay’s and ask that they update my CR to show the correct balance right now?

So I was looking at how to become a member and i’m a little confused.
Can you help me to make a list of stores with instant credit and the banks they are going through? Macy’s (citi), Nordstrom (nordstrom), BestBuy (HSBC), Sears (HSBC), JC Penny (?)
Just curious how the banks are dealing with CLI for those of who are under 21 since the new credit card act. I have a couple of cards that should be eligible for CLI’s in March but I am afraid to call…I can’t find any information on who this new CC act effects CC holders who already had cards but are under 21.
